3. Event Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about performances, including dates, times, venues, addresses, ticket availability, and age restrictions. However, event information may change without notice.
Performances may be postponed, relocated, rescheduled, shortened, or canceled due to circumstances including venue decisions, weather, illness, safety concerns, equipment problems, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Before attending an event, you should confirm the event details with the venue or official ticket provider.

4. Booking Inquiries
Submitting a booking or contact form does not create a binding agreement or guarantee the band’s availability.
A performance booking becomes binding only after the parties agree to the applicable terms and execute a separate written performance agreement or other written confirmation authorized by The Flannels.
If a separate performance agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the performance agreement controls with respect to the applicable booking.
Prices, availability, performance duration, production requirements, deposits, cancellations, travel expenses, and other booking details are determined individually and may change until a booking agreement is finalized.

The Website may provide opportunities to purchase merchandise or tickets, make a virtual tip, or complete another transaction.
Transactions may be processed by third-party providers. When you use a third-party payment, merchandise, ticketing, or fulfillment service, that provider’s terms, privacy policy, refund policy, and other rules also apply.
You agree to provide accurate and complete transaction information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Virtual tips are voluntary and are generally nonrefundable after processing, except where required by law or in the event of a confirmed duplicate or unauthorized transaction.
Merchandise prices, availability, descriptions, shipping estimates, and designs may change. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and manufacturing process. Any direct merchandise sale may also be subject to additional checkout, shipping, return, or refund terms presented at the time of purchase.
